Intelligent Ground Vehicle Robot
A rugged unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) that perceives its surroundings, plans a path and drives itself — across farm soil, plant floors and inspection corridors — with no human at the wheel.
The KD-IGV is an autonomous ground robot built to operate where wheels meet the real world: uneven agricultural terrain, congested industrial aisles and outdoor inspection routes. It fuses LiDAR, stereo vision, GPS-RTK and inertial sensing into a single perception stack, so it always knows where it is, what is around it and where it is allowed to go.
On top of perception sits an autonomy engine that handles localization, mapping (SLAM), global route planning and real-time obstacle avoidance. Operators define a mission once — a patrol loop, a crop row, a delivery route — and the vehicle executes it repeatedly, day or night, while logging everything it sees.
The platform is modular by design. A flat payload deck and standardized power and data ports let you bolt on a robotic arm, a sprayer tank, a sensor mast or a cargo bin without touching the drive system. The same chassis becomes a farm scout, a material shuttle or a roaming inspector depending on what you mount.
360° perception fusion
LiDAR + stereo cameras + radar combine into a single obstacle map, so the vehicle sees pedestrians, equipment and drop-offs from every angle.
Centimetre localization
GPS-RTK and wheel-inertial odometry keep position accurate even when the sky view is poor or GPS drops out entirely.
Drive-by-mission
Define waypoints in the web console once; the IGV repeats the route autonomously and re-plans live when something blocks the path.
Swappable payload deck
Standard mounting rail with regulated power taps and a data bus — add an arm, sprayer, bin or sensor pod in minutes.
All-terrain drivetrain
High-torque hub motors and independent suspension climb kerbs, ramps and loose soil while keeping the payload level.
Fleet-ready
Every unit reports telemetry to a central dashboard; one operator can supervise many vehicles at once.

- Autonomous crop scouting and targeted spraying across rows
- Material and tote shuttling between work cells on a plant floor
- Perimeter and asset patrol with day/thermal cameras
- Last-100-metre delivery inside large campuses and warehouses
- Carrying inspection sensors through pipelines, tunnels and corridors
Map
Drive the area once in assisted mode. The IGV builds a metric map of the site, marking drivable surfaces, keep-out zones and docking points.
Plan
In the web console, draw a mission: waypoints, loops, task triggers (spray here, scan there, wait at this dock). Save it as a reusable route.
Execute
Launch the mission. The vehicle localizes, follows the route and re-plans around anything new — a parked forklift, a person, a fallen branch.
Report
Every run streams position, sensor data and event logs to the dashboard. Anomalies raise alerts; data exports to your existing systems.
